  The Graduate Student Exchange Meeting for the 2022 Special Scholarship was successfully held on March 31, 2023, at the Beijing Software Park Campus. The meeting lasted for one day and featured academic presentations by 14 recipients of the first-class award for the 2022 Special Scholarship. Over 50 participants attended the event, including researchers, postdoctoral fellows, and graduate students from the Collaborative Innovation Center for Science and Education at the China Academy of Engineering Physics.

  The exchange meeting began with an opening speech by Professor Dong Hui, the Deputy Director of the Collaborative Innovation Center, injecting vitality into the entire event and providing guidance to the presenting students. The 14 presenters delivered academic reports on their research topics, showcasing cutting-edge research areas such as laser nuclear physics, cold atom physics, high-energy density physics, and finite-time thermodynamics in an accessible and vivid manner. The engaging presentations sparked resonance among the audience and led to lively discussions.

  By organizing this exchange meeting, the Collaborative Innovation Center successfully promoted academic exchanges among faculty members and students, creating a favorable academic atmosphere. It also enhanced the graduate students' abilities to present their research and effectively broadened their research perspectives. In the future, the Collaborative Innovation Center will continue to hold the Graduate Student Exchange Meeting for the Special Scholarship, gradually making it an important part of the distinctive research culture of the Graduate School.
