On June 21, CAEP held the 2024 Graduate Commencement and Degree Conferment Ceremony. A total of 130 doctoral students and 111 master's students successfully completed their studies and were awarded degrees.

Libin Fu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Graduate School and Deputy Dean (in charge of administrative work), delivered a speech at the ceremony. He expressed his hope that all graduates would become inheritors of CAEP's red gene, new talents driving technological innovation, lifelong learners, and individuals willing to take on significant responsibilities with dedication and courage.

Jialiang Ni, Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive Vice President of the Graduate School, read the "Degree Conferral Decision" and the list of degree recipients.

Academician Changpu Sun, Chairman of the CAEP Degree Evaluation Committee, officiated the degree conferral by adjusting the tassels of the graduates' caps and presenting the degrees. He also took commemorative photos with the graduates.

Jianhui Shan, Deputy Dean of the Graduate School, announced the commendation decisions. Sixty-six individuals received the "Excellent Student Scholarship," twenty-four were honored with the "Outstanding Graduate Supervisor" title, and fifty-one were recognized as "Outstanding Graduates."

Kaiding Wei, Director of the Human Resources Department, presented honorary certificates to representatives of the scholarship winners, outstanding graduates, and distinguished graduate supervisors.

Graduate representative Siyuan Fu reminisced about their time at CAEP, emphasizing the importance of passion, responsibility, and innovation. He encouraged graduates to actively engage in new careers, new jobs, and new challenges.

Xiaosong Zhou, a researcher from the Second Institute, spoke on behalf of the mentors. He urged the graduates to stay true to their original aspirations, persevere, maintain confidence, embrace failures, set lofty goals, strive diligently, remain open and inclusive, and always be grateful and cooperative.

Over 180 people, including leaders, graduate supervisors, and management personnel from various graduate training units in Sichuan, attended the ceremony.
