The 2024 Annual Progress Exchange Meeting of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Basic Science Center Project "Scientific Issues in Fundamental Energy Physics" Successfully Held

On September 21, 2024, the 2024 annual project progress exchange meeting for the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Basic Science Center project "Scientific Issues in Fundamental Energy Physics" was successfully held in Hangzhou. The meeting was organized by the Graduate School of the China Academy of Engineering Physics, the host institution for the project. Project leaders, including Changpu Sun (Academician), Libin Fu (Researcher), Haiqing Lin (Academician), Suhuai Wei (Professor), Ying Li (Researcher), and the young scientist team of the project, participated in the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Academician Changpu Sun.

During the meeting, core team members, including Ying Li and representatives of the young scientist team, Pengfei Guan, Hui Dong, Nan Zhao, Bing Huang, and Liujun Xu, presented the recent progress and achievements of the project. They engaged in in-depth interdisciplinary discussions with the attending experts. The meeting laid a solid foundation for further consolidating the scientific objectives of the project and achieving innovative results.
