To thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and fully implement the decisions and policies of the Central Committee and the State Council regarding the employment and entrepreneurship of university graduates, the event aimed to promote high-quality and full employment for graduates. On October 18, 2024, the Graduate School held the "2025 Graduate Recruitment and Dual Selection Fair" at the first-floor auditorium of the Chengdu Technology Center. This event, the second campus recruitment fair organized by the Graduate School, received strong support from various training units within the Academy, with particular assistance from the Chengdu Technology Center in inviting recruitment companies and providing the venue.

The Dual Selection Fair invited 23 recruitment organizations from Guangdong, Chongqing, Shaanxi, Zhejiang, Sichuan, and other regions to attend the event in person, while 19 other companies participated online through the Employment Bridge website. Over 150 2025 graduating students and current graduate students from various training units in the Sichuan region attended the fair. The atmosphere at the event was both lively and orderly, with students eagerly engaging in discussions with recruitment organizations about professional matches and job requirements. Many students submitted their resumes to their preferred employers.

The purpose of this Dual Selection Fair was to create an efficient and accurate communication platform between graduates and employers, promoting high-quality and full employment for the Academy’s graduate students. At the same time, the Graduate School will continue to collaborate with various training units to explore new models of employment services, contributing to the core values of the Academy’s graduate education and making greater contributions to the integrated promotion of the Academy’s "education, science, and talent" high-quality development.
